The staff was friendly but the shower drain was clogged with so much hair which seemed accumulated from months - it was disgusting to see and made me question how well and often they throughly they clean the rooms. The second day a small cockroach came out of the bathroom vanity mirror

The room is ok but the bathrooms need improvement. The toilet seat was leaking and the faucet on the sink was very loose. Bathroom towels looked like old rags. Annoying snoring from the person who stays at night could be heard in all the dirt floor. We occupied 4 rooms

Everything was bad! A suite was booked and was given a regular smaller room. My reserved suite was still occupied and was downgraded for the same price! We were not offered any compensation nor received an apology.
