The place was very quaint and rustic and charming. The room was clean and the bed was restful. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely come back again.

Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
We stayed Friday to Monday and upgraded to sea view. Room was great with a nice comfy bed and shower was nice too. Clean towels every day even though we didn't ask for them. Tea and coffee making facilities were also nice.

Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa
We didn't use the Spa which I am sure is lovely, its an additional cost and we didn't have time. The lobby is also ok, its the rooms! The bed was comfy but the bath, shower attachment and shower curtain were from the 1970's as was the furniture in the room - minimal toiletries - 2 mini shampoo bottles! ...
