Upon afternoon arrival, was greeted by sweet young girl (short dark hair) who was extremely friendly & accommodating. Definitely an asset to the resort as were several other service staff members I encountered for assistance. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the mgr (older woman), who worked morning shift. She lacked professionlism in customer service & came across as being inconvenienced when I asked for assistance regarding rm accommodations.
Pitfalls: Not handicap accessible, no elevator, valet or baggage service. Rms clean but VERY small (2 full beds in 1st rm & 2nd rm 1 queen) (rms to avoid #112-116 due to heavy foot traffic noise & running to/from lobby & pool access) No phone or #'s to call front desk, only 1 phone outlet near bed for personal use, suggest bringing extension cord including cord w/ extra USB ports, free coffee only available in lobby, no outdoor shower to rinse sand off only garden hose to use in front of outdoor dinner guests.
Perks: Ocean, heated swimming pool, towels, fridge, night entertainment was good Wed & Thu, hotel restaurant was reasonably priced & food was delicious!
