Morgan Point Vacations from $550

If you can look beyond the immediate exterior and sense of disrepair (it's not...), then you can enjoy the stay here. While there is no swimming pool, the property is well positioned to the coast and local beaches. They were doing some road construction immediately outside the property and on the route to the shore roads, this should be wrapped up fairly quickly. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, we recommend Luigi's for their calamari, whether it be for seafood or pizza. There is even a store selling fresh produce right down the street. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

Very special property. One of my favorites. Beautiful, exceptionally clean and in a gorgeous location. Host was exceptional and communication excellent.

This was one of the most comfortable and well-located stays I've had in a long time. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, room temp was just right, and plenty of incredible New Haven favorites within feet of the hotel. Room style could be updated but when everything else checks the box, I can look past carpet and wall color choices. Absolutely would stay again!

Everything was excellent—we had a great stay and would absolutely return. The only minor issue was that the mattresses felt a bit worn and slightly saggy and could use an update. There’s no on-site parking, but the parking garage is less than a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which was still very convenient.
