“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“La gestion de la relation clientèle est déplorable. J'entends qu'il puisse s'agir d'un hôtel économique sans véritable management, du moins nous l'avons constaté, mais il y a tout de même un minimum à assurer quand on est professionnels de l'hôtellerie. Aucune gestion de l'urgence, pas de solutions trouvées/livrés à nous-même, et la direction ne répond plus aux emails une fois la région quittée. J'espère qu'il n'y a aura pas d'imprévus à votre séjour, car ils ne savent pas le gérer, ni même……

“very well maintained place. they have a good breakfast. check in is kind a late, it was 5 pm and we had to wait and merge into some other place for check in time. it should be little earlier instead. overall, nice place and clean hotel and facing to beautiful church ”

“Diabolical!! Expedia take this hotel off your list! Looked abandoned it was so unkempt. Manager extremely rude and aggressive. Reception should have been open 1700 to 2300H. He arrived 1730H the first night and 1745H the second. Our code for the front door did not work so we could not access our room. When he arrived eventually he called us liars!!! We put our number in and proved to him it did not work. He then slammed the door shut causing small parts of the ceiling to fall on my wife cutting……

“Les lodges de socrate est un hébergement exceptionnel. Une decoration magnifique, les chambres au top ,une literie que vous n aurez pas envie de quitter.bien insonorisé. Une salle de musculation, sauna . Et le personnel d une tres grande gentillesse . Je recommande vivement ”

“L’endroit est très joli en bord de Seine, les chambres correctes, le petit déjeuner excellent même s’il faut soi même ouvrir les emballages pour se servir en cochonnailles ou gâteaux. Un gros problème néanmoins: la sécurité. Lors de notre séjour plusieurs véhicules garés devant l’hôtel ont été dégradés.”
