“The bed cover had a large burn in the middle of the bed. The bathtub faucet ran continuously wasting water all night. When I pushed the handle to turn the faucet off, the whole assembly moved. I put the bathmat on the floor so that I could keep my feet warm while using the toilet, When I opened the door, the mat was wet from the splatter of the bathtub faucet. I told the front desk about the issue with the faucet, and she wrote it down on the fix-it lists. The next morning, I complained again……
