I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. (16 reviews) The food was inconsistent and served cold most times unless it was cooked in front of you. Shrimp was not deveined at Dommo. The food at Lizo was the same as the food at the kids section of the buffet as is the room service. The room was very nice and 99% of the staff are wonderful. We were in love with the resort for the first few days but then the cracks began to show. We have stayed at Excellence Punta Cana and Excellence El Carmen and right now we do not think we would return to Finest.
