It is in walking distance of everything you need, from grocery shopping to dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am working in the are and am staying here another week or until the project is completed.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. With an overhaul thos place would be worth the budget money.. but as it sots.. i would never go back. We did not stay the two nights we booked and drove to Johnson City.

We enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived the office was locked,but someone came quickly and let us in. We had reserved this room well in advance, probably over a month prior to our arrival. At that time we had requested a ground for a room, as we have a service dog who needs to be taken out periodically, and we didn't want to navigate the stairs every time. We had no choice but to settle on the upstairs room. The room was clean, the towels had the nicest scent to them. The room was a little outdated, but everything function as it should. There was a microwave , coffee maker and a small refrigerator in the room. My husband noticed the stain on his sheets and requested that they be changed. The housekeeper came right up right away and changed the sheets for him. Overall this was a good place for us to stay. This hotel could be exceptional with a few upgrades. They also should pressure wash the sidewalks , stairs and balconies to freshen them up.

Room was dated but very clean, beds were very comfortable, nice to have refrigerator and microwave the only problem we had was losing signal to tv, it would shut off after 15 minutes and need to be rebooted. Close to restaurants, golf courses and stores.

thought this would be a good budget stop but i was way over my own head. place was over run by cockroaches. on the door you call with an outside phone to check in, then they don't offer refunds or some type of compensation for environment conditions but is under new management? very trashy to say the least

Front door was locked when I arrived to check in they didn’t use the night check-in window. Had to knock on the door and wait for somebody to walk around and unlock the door to fill in to check in. Shower didn’t work had to return to the hotel after leaving in the morning to complain, because the front door was still locked,and they basically laughed at me

First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn.

It was good enough for a one night stay. The bed was a little to firm for me. But otherwise, it was peaceful and spacious. Ice macine is broken and needs to be fixed especially for guests that need it.
