We were pleased with a reasonable priced room with king bed new looking carpet and no bad smells or issues with room. Glad we brought extra coffee & tea but it had basic coffee 2 cups provided. Ice machine at hotel was broken but was glad we stayed there
Shops and restaurants are nearby. Checking in was awkward. Poor signage. Room was very clean. Shower was super hard to turn on. It needs minor maintenance. I didn't like the road noise.
It is in walking distance of everything you need, from grocery shopping to dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am working in the are and am staying here another week or until the project is completed.
Easy check-in. Lady at desk was very polite. Room was clean. Needs a little updating but comfortable. Soap/shampoo was chintzy but I guess I could have asked for more.
I would stay here again.
I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. With an overhaul thos place would be worth the budget money.. but as it sots.. i would never go back. We did not stay the two nights we booked and drove to Johnson City.

We enjoyed our stay
We stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived the office was locked, but someone came quickly and let us in. We had reserved this room well in advance, probably over a month prior to our arrival. At that time we had requested a ground for a room, as we have a service dog who needs to be taken out periodically, and we didn't want to navigate the stairs every time. We had no choice but to settle on the upstairs room. The room was clean, the towels had the nicest scent to them. The room was a little outdated, but everything function as it should. There was a microwave , coffee maker and a small refrigerator in the room.
My husband noticed the stain on his sheets and requested that they be changed. The housekeeper came right up right away and changed the sheets for him. Overall this was a good place for us to stay. This hotel could be exceptional with a few upgrades. They also should pressure wash the sidewalks , stairs and balconies to freshen them up.
Mildew Inn, lazy staff, grimey and nothing outside has been cleaned in decades. The washer only worked if you pulled the water hose out to drain the bin, twice. The staff was well aware of this, seeing as they were the once you suggest I do that in the first place. I was so disappointed that Ig could not get a reimbursement from Expedia so I had to stay there.

Room was dated but very clean, beds were very comfortable, nice to have refrigerator and microwave the only problem we had was losing signal to tv, it would shut off after 15 minutes and need to be rebooted.
Close to restaurants, golf courses and stores.
thought this would be a good budget stop but i was way over my own head. place was over run by cockroaches. on the door you call with an outside phone to check in, then they don't offer refunds or some type of compensation for environment conditions but is under new management? very trashy to say the least

Nothing Fancy, just CLEAN and QUITE
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly. Place is nothing fancy, but it was clean and quite.
Front door was locked when I arrived to check in they didn’t use the night check-in window. Had to knock on the door and wait for somebody to walk around and unlock the door to fill in to check in.
Shower didn’t work had to return to the hotel after leaving in the morning to complain, because the front door was still locked, and they basically laughed at me
