“The room was nice, great view of Boldt Castle & the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom however was definitely outdated. There was a Continental Breakfast which was nice, but could have included some fruit, just consisted of prepackaged cereal, prepackaged muffins, danishes and bagels.”

“Breakfast was delicious. Nerrell, who was the waitress for breakfast, was very nice. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not available during our visit. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience. The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. The curtains were broken, the windows……
