"The property was in a valley area centrally located between Boone and Blowing Rock. The balcony was private and the property is quiet besides some light music from the restaurant. The door is very heavy and cannot be propped open although the mountain air is delightful! There is no elevator which could pose a problem if you have alot of luggage. There is no microwave in the units but one in the lounge."

"Nice outside sitting area, good breakfast options, spacious suites. I am not a big fan of pets inside the hotels, but this one was well maintained despite furry creatures walking on the carpets in the hallways and the rooms."

"Great customer service! The AC unit in the room made a bad rattling sound. I asked at the front desk if someone could come and check it out and within 15-20 minutes someone was up to look at it and he cleaned the filters and all was well. Much appreciated!! "
