We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email. Customer service would not recognize any problem with this, just saying the host has until check-in time to provide access.
