“The room we had was facing the parking lot. It was extremely noisy due to it is next to the I-84. The air conditioner under the window also produced enormous noise that we had to shut it down. The bed was too soft to offer any support. Felt exhausted after sleeping. I stayed in this hotel a decade ago. I had a great memory. Sorry to see its condition deteriorated to this. Staff were friendly, though.”

“Our stay was great! Check in with Amy was easy and informative. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and free breakfast. We've stayed here before and it will continue to be our go to in Hood river. ”

“Staff could have been a little more friendly and keeping the open table area cleaner. Also the pool was frequently out of towels and reception was at lunch so there were no towels. ”
