Room was clean, hotel was quiet, can't complain. It was our first time in Japan so I didn't know what to expect. After visiting the busy and crowded neighborhoods of Shibuya and Shinjuku, I was really happy we stayed here because the area was is so quiet. "It is a hotel that is tucked away up a hill, but it’s very quiet and quaint. The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. He also gave us a ride to Togendai station where we were able to catch the ropeway, scenic cruise, and grab dinner. And when we were ready to head back in the evening he came back to Togendai to pick us up. The Onsen was also enjoyable and a...

"My group stayed at Villa H. Clean room and has the basic amenities. The location was convenient to other areas. We used a rental car, but there is also a bus stop right outside. Villa H was placed above another loft, so getting our larger luggage was a bit difficult, but we were aware of the room placement so no issues at all. Overall we really enjoyed the Villa and location. Thank you!"
