"We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. "The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is about a 15-minute easy walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Parma. The neighborhood is quiet but there are several very good restaurants and taverns within a minute or two walk. For senior citizens, the bedroom next to the bathroom on the first floor has two twin beds, spaced about a foot apart. The large bed is located in a loft up a steep narrow spiral staircase with a low beam at the top....

"Via Pratello is in a location that allows walking to most major sights in Bologna. It has wonderful small bars and restaurants just outside on the street. Because of the internal courtyard, outside noise from surrounding establishments is not an issue when the courtyard door is closed. A major problem for the apartment is the tenants within the apartment complex. One in particular chooses to blast loud music and sing along with it during the night! Ear plugs did not help. "Overall a very nice hotel deserving of a 4 star rating. Beautiful views, large rooms, ample breakfast offerings, large spa with a lot of saunas, pools, etc. Gym could use some more equipment but it’s not bad. Parking near your room can be a challenge but it’s no more than a few hundred meters at most. I would recommend this property."

"My wife, teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at Bellaria Park. Paola met us very late (sorry!) as our flight was delayed and regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. The property and location are excellent and just a short drive to a large Coop grocery store and train station, and next to a beautiful park which is great for walking or running. Wanda’s Gelateria is a 10 min walk away. The apartment was clean and felt like our home the week we spent there....
