"The house was fresh and nice. A very good location close to the beach and restaurants. A small minimarket was just a 5-minute walk away, and a slightly larger grocery store was 15 minutes away on foot. The garden furniture was a bit worn. The air conditioning was only available on the ground floor in the living room, but there was none on the middle floor where all the bedrooms were. It got unbearably hot. "Best hotel we've ever stayed in and we've been to Nerja ten times. Room cleaned everyday, hotel was spotless, lovely staff that go out of their way to greet staff eveytime you enter the hotel. They even arranged taxi to airport. Driver met us at reception, took our cases and escorted us to carpark for €80. After staying at Hotel Balcon wouldnt stay anywhere else!"
