"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
Overall a lovely place."

"I’m a big fan of nice fresh Asian/American breakfast. So options can be better. I always stay at Avenue hotel. I love how clean, my balcony with mountain view . Very accessible. Met lots of Filipino staff that very friendly, sweet and they work very quick when making up our rooms"
"The room was wonderful the Pavillion upgraded us to a suite and it was glorious! We also enjoyed a meal in their restaurant, and it was lovely and even won a Hawke cup cooler! Many thanks to staff.
