The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The location in the city centre was very convenient, but there was a fair bit of noise overnight (traffic as well as people moving their suitcases in the early hours), so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. ...

Rooms had been renovated but ugly worn lounges sat in there. Showers didn’t drain properly and water ran out into bathroom, obvious design fault. Didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good. Cafe down stairs looked good too but the app in the room that lets you order indicated they were open but ...

Stayed for three nights with no WiFi, and the issue wasn’t fixed even after speaking to the front desk. On the last night at 1:30 am, there was an emergency evacuation announcement — it was quite scary.
