Wifi was poor so no tv

If you’re looking for a remote, cozy, and beautiful place away from everyone and everything, this is it! There’s a great view of the mountains from the back porch. When you open the door to the cabin, you’re greeted with the wonderful smell of fresh wood, as well as one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen. I had planned on taking a scenic drive while I was there, but it was so relaxing just sitting in the rocking chair on the porch - enjoying the fresh breeze, and peace and quiet. Everything was in great condition too, including the grill. I can tell that the owner takes good care of this place. I highly recommend this cozy cabin, and I will probably come back!

The hotel has deteriorated since we first stayed there. Walls with peeling paint, large amounts of tape over window seals, the headboard not attached to the bed and every time you moved it made a great amount of noise. When you turn the shower on, the dial only makes the water hotter, so all the way should be hot and then turn to make cooler but it only made it hotter. The water was too hot to take a shower. Air conditioner seemed to be out in the lobby.

Great stay! Excellent staff. Friendly, helpful, gracious. Exceeded our expectations. Clean room. No repair issues or nonfunctional fixtures or appliances. Comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows, towels, and other linens. Housekeepers went extra mile. Convenient location easy to find. Parking was great; handy, plenty of it, well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful. Pancake machine acted a little ornery, but the kitchen staff came and worked with it and WE HAD PANCAKES. She even came and brought us more! Overall - great stay!

Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.
