Previous occupant was a smoker.
We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived, I assume due to room availability. The suite was nice and was clean except that when we opened the door, the room had a very heavy smell of cigarette smoke. As a former smoker, this wasn't as offensive to me as it was to my wife. We had basically unpacked, and were close in proximity to other family members' rooms so we turned down the offer to change rooms. The front desk gave us a deoderant spray which we used to take away some of the odor for the two days of our stay. All else was good.
