Welcome to Live Oak Drive in the heart of Old Mt. Pleasant. This Airbnb is just steps away from all the Mt. Pleasant favorites. It is next to Paige`s Okra Grille, a few blocks from NICO Oysters & Seafood, Tavern and Table, Red`s Ice House and Shelter Kitchen & Bar. These are just a few of the favorites. The adjacent Moultrie Plaza Shopping Center is anchored by Bottles Beverage Super Store and popular Senor Tequila Mexican Restaurant.

Just a stones throw away is the public Shem Creek Boardwalk with front row views to busy Shem Creek! From the boardwalk you can check out the historic shrimp boat scene and usually can spot some local wildlife. The scenery of Shem Creek and the boat traffic is always entertaining. This location is truly amazing.

The house itself is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast. There is plenty of counter and cabinet space and nice new stainless appliances.

Relax in the main living room with a sectional sofa, arm chair, and large TV. There is also a sun room with a sofa and another mounted TV! Two living spaces is a plus! Adjacent to the sun room is a full laundry room with a folding table!

The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and room darkening shades. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a `Jack and Jill` full bathroom with the third bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed. All the linens and bedding are supplied so you can travel with ease!
