The staff was awesome through the whole property.
Food at the onsite restaurants was always great.
The only reason for missing a star is the Bad WiFi in our room, called the front desk multiple times but couldn’t get fixed.

Requests were fulfilled quickly. Loved the infinity pool and that it was heated. Service at the restaurants were good. Beach was beautiful.

The room was spotless and the resort was beautiful. My only complaint is the staff doesn’t tell you the mini bar has sensors if you move an item it will charge your card. I moved items in the refrigerator to make space for my water and it charged my card thinking I had used the items. The front desk clerk did remove the charges but that is something they should let you know during check in .

Clean resort, excellent customer service, food at Oia restaurant has variety of options to choose from. Infinity pool, ocean is steps away from resort, beach bar and restaurant offers friendly services. There is no nightly entertainment. This resort is suitable for families who likes relaxing nights, Baha mar resort is 4 minutes drive which is $20 for 2 people. Baha mar has a casino, lobby music on weekend, jazz bar(for a fee), Bond dance club, good restaurants.
