Our room contained a broken down recliner. Foot rest was broken in the middle and would not fold down. Back of it would not stay upright, used wall to rest it against. Hairdryer would not stay in bracket, kept falling onto counter, and power outlets would not hold your charging plugs. The ice machine was broken, came back to the room past the ice machine which apparently decided to disperse ice non stop and created a huge pile of ice on the carpet in the hallway which we immediately reported to staff. They did clean up everything and turned off the ice machine in short order. The TV volume could not be turned down. Hotel front reception was unoccupied 90% of our stay. No visible staff were ever seen. Both mattresses on beds were sagging with springs visible under bedding. No warm blankets, just single cotton sheets. No bath mat for tub, no grab bars at toilet or in the shower. Toilet clogged in just a few hours after checking in. Gas fireplace didn’t work, so no heat in the room. No water in kitchen faucets. We cancelled second night of our two day stay and requested a refund. There were two heating systems, a very noisy gas fireplace and heat/cool system that was noisy, too noisy to sleep in the same room with.
