Three Rivers has been around for a while. Dated hotel but looks like they are doing improvements. Stayed for 6-days. Housekeeping was 100%. Pleasant overall.

The location and price was great. Outside is a bit worn and pool was green, and not open. Room was clean and smelled good. Bed, bath, tv and hvac was all good. I've stayed before and will again.

My stay was great, had a bit of toilet/plumbing issues, but staff was very reactive and helpful, moved us to different and bigger room. The property could use an overall update and some fixing. But, it’s cost effective and has good location, close to Burlington and North Cascades.
