Great location to lake, shops and restaurants

Property is awesome. Rooms excellent. Great location. Check in person was rude.

I will give it a 3 because the rooms are spacious and can accommodate if you have several travelers in your group. The staff such as housekeeping and maintenance were very friendly, especially Carlos. However, they have an issue with black ants and spiders. To the which we found crawling on the living room table as well as in the beds (first day in two beds and second day we had another room and one of those beds as well). We were surprised to get in the bed and found spiders in three of our beds.There was also a leak under the kitchen sink and one of the fans weren’t working (but again maintenance was accommodating). However, the front desk staff seemed okay yet not genuine. When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t really seem concerned as much about our concern with the ants and spiders. She treated it as if it were a normal occurrence for the area and no need to be concerned about the matter. Not necessarily my idea of hospitality.

Always beautiful place to stay. Quality of the apartment is 5 star, location to Kings beach, Truckee, Donner Lake and a bunch of other great places make it super fun. Annoying things: checked in at 7pm and had to walk round the resort for
