"Celine's property and lodging is just great, very comfortable room and bed, strong wifi, separate shower and toilette rooms en suite, and a very nice continental breakfast featuring Celine's brioche, yogurt, and confitures. Security is strong and parking is right outside the house. On top of all that, Celine is a very friendly host and is both accommodating and full of information about the area. We found her by accident, and we look forward to staying with her again."

"We liked the swimming pool, pool table, ping pong and gym. Unfortunately our room ‘Paul’ was tiny for 4 people, it was in the attic space so incredibly hot, even with fans, and difficult to access. Only one toilet on top floor to share between 10 people. Did not sleep well at property. The breakfast was fine. Dogs are welcome, but hosts dog unruly and out of control, so my dog had to spend all it’s time in bedroom, when we wanted to use any of the facilities. The host was inflexible. If you do...

"Loved our stay at the beautiful Haut Bailly bed and breakfast. Instructions to get there and into our room was clear and easy. The service was wonderful with our host helping us get a taxi and assistance with logistics. The bike ride to the nearby wineries was wonderful. It’s very quiet and we were the only guests (kind of spooky on Halloween) but we loved it and would highly recommend it as a romantic stay in Bordeaux. "

"We arrived by bicycle at the end of a long day. The innkeeper was kind enough to drive us to a pizza place, where we got takeaway. A wonderful gesture. Thanks! "Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "
