"The apartment is nice, though it does need some remodeling. Marianela, the host, was very hospitable—an excellent person. The one exception was Sunday, when the power and water went out—though that is beyond the host's control and is a city issue. However, the place is cozy; just be sure to arrive in an SUV or off-road vehicle, as you have to drive up steep trails that a standard car wouldn't be able to handle."

"I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough."

"The house overseas the kiosks on the beach. An absolute breathtaking view. The house itself is stunning. Very well kept and clean. There is a family that takes care of the house and makes sure you are satisfied with any needs. 5 mins before getting to the house, you will be met with steep slopes but definitely possible and safe. I look forward on staying here again. I thank everyone for the hospitality and the wonderful memories that were made. "

"Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing from the moment we arrived. We got there almost exactly at 3:00 p.m., which was the check-in time, but there was no one there to receive us. "Property is beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious! the infinity pool looks different on pictures definitely not an infinity pool. The view was breathtaking, worth the drive up the steep mountain, I highly recommend to check in early so you know where you’re going as the drive way is all rugged and ruff. I wasn’t advised that we needed a 4X4 or taller vehicle in order to go up, with out scraping the rocks or boulders. So I had to ask them to help me find a driver to take us up to the hotel. I had to pay an extra fee for a driver to take us up and scheduled him to bring us back down otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get there and loose our room. And we had to pay for parking to keep our rental in a safe place overnight."

The place is spotless, the pool spotless ! The view amazing ! Breakfast incredible ! You’re a two minute walk from the beach. You’re a two minute walk from everywhere downtown laundry restaurants, shops location is amazing. Ya gotta stay here…. You won’t regret it. !!! "The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. The place is beautiful, and the views are amazing. I especially loved the beautiful view of the volcano. However, there is a serious safety concern with the bathroom. The electrical panel and electrical wiring are installed inside the bathroom, very close to the shower. Every time we took a shower, we could feel electricity coming through the shower handle. This was very concerning and made us feel unsafe. I strongly recommend that the electrical system be inspected and repaired by a qualified electrician before other guests use the bathroom. For your safety, I would avoid using that shower until the electrical issue has been checked. Feeling electricity through a shower fixture can indicate a dangerous electrical fault."
