First of all Eddie was great, so I have no issues with him! I contacted the property 5 days before arrival to request a lower floor room since my husband had hurt his back on our trip. We had paid for a nice, (according to the pictures), deluxe suite with balcony. The room we ended up with was NOT a deluxe suite with balcony, but the price was not changed. It was small and looked worn. The area rug was dirty and stained. There were no tissues or hand towels, and the soap dispenser had dried soap down the sides. I know these are little issues, but when you pay as much as we did for 3 nights you should expect those things.
We did use the white noise on our phone since the noise level later in the evening makes sleep difficult.
