Just off Dubrovnik is Lokrum, a forested island with superb swimming spots. The metropolitan capital of Zagreb balances medieval charm with modern business buildings. One of the most popular tourist destinations is the coastal town of Split. Get an overview of the city and coastline from Marjan hill, which sits on a peninsula at the western side of Split.
