"It’s ok. The price seems ok. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant food is better than expected for a reasonable price. The staff is great. Why 3 stars? The pool isn’t a pool. At deepest it’s less than 1m. The hotel is getting old. Patch work everywhere. While I was in the pool, “things” dropped into the pool. I looked around and the best guess was it was pieces of mortar from the tiles above. There we several in the pool. I had a room that had a door that went to another room. No issues. I had some price time with my girl. We thought we were alone. After about 20 minutes of laying in bed, we heard voices. They were talking to each other at a normal volume. We could hear them clearly. That means that they heard us clearly. I don’t want to talk the place down. For the price, it’s a great location and has several positives. I’m not sorry I was there but I’ll pay more next time. Again, it has several very good points. "

"The hotel was good. Rooms are adequate size, the breakfast was good.The only thing that let us down was the amount of noise that we could hear from the room above us. We spent the entire night hearing the noises from upstairs which led us to not sleep very well. Hotels should have sound proof rooms to stop other clients getting disturbed by other clients. "

"TThe area surrounding the hotel is quite dirty and filled with homeless people, making me feel unsafe. Dining at the hotel's three-part restaurant, I was charged 9 reais for a cup of hot water, which is ridiculous. However, the rooms are okay. I would not choose to stay here again. But it's suitable for a short trip."

"Maid service was exceptional, property condition was beautiful and exactly as shown in pictures. Communication with property management was excellent and will work with them again in the future. I highly recommend this company!"

"The room only had A/C on one area, the rest of the room didn't have A/C each was extremely hot and very hard to sleep. No lockers or safety nets on the windows or slidding door. Very noisy. Poor customer service from the reservation manager. Breakfast was very limited and the staff rude. We had a very poor experience and we would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone."
