Stayed in older motel part of the property. Very dated and sparse furnishings. Served the purpose for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

We stayed at the motel section. There was visible mold in the A/C and we woke up with scratchy throats. The bathroom shower was tiny. Aside from that, front desk was great, pool was good, and breakfast was good! I can't speak to the hotel room quality, but you're probably better off there than the motel.

We liked the room and property. The only things that came to mind were, the bars of soap are very tiny and maybe start using 1 cup Keurig maker in the rooms instead of the small coffee pods.

The facility & the room were very clean. We were there for 4 days. The front desk clerk that I encountered a few times was very friendly & knowledgeable. We had a great stay! The only downsides I would say is the noise in the hallway during "quiet hours" (not the staff's fault though) and that our TV wouldn't connect to the wifi, so we had to use our Hotspot.

My first stay at Randolph Suites. Service was absolutely excellent. Only disappointment was dirty floor in corner around lamp stand. No ceiling fan in bathroom. Water in shower never got hot. Again, great service provided by Cathy at the front desk.
