Staff were kindly and friendly, clean room, well heated, you can take a kettle from the front office but no drinking water so if you're a visitor and you don't know where to buy then the kettle becomes useless. Breakfast was good and stuff efficient. Locality very quiet.

Very comfortable and quiet stay here. I was a but worried of my check-in initially because Expedia noted that check-in closes at 11.30pm and due to my flight delay I would need out of hours services. Fortunately, there was staff (and loads of people) on site so I was able to check in easily and have a comfortable night stay before starting my adventure at Munich.

Ramada encore Munich Messe was the perfect location outside of Munich and the UBahn was within a 10 minute walk to get us directly to Oktoberfest and Marian platz! Super easy. The room was wonderful, the room was cleaned daily without us having to put our room number in the front desk fish bowl as was instructed during our check in! The area around the hotel was quiet, and parking was very great they even have electric car hookups! The breakfast was super delicious they had so much to choose from. Abit pricey but well worth it, we chose the dates we wanted to eat breakfast that was a plus you do not need to decide upon checkin. The staff in the breakfast area worked hard to accommodate so many people! The front desk clerks were all very professional in my encounter with them! I will definitely stay at the encore again when in Munich for Oktoberfest!

The hotel is located in the quiet part of town. The staff was very helpful and checkin was easy. The reception is open 24/7. It is close to the bus stop and metro station to make connections. Very affordable. Thank you for the excellent service!

Ok in general, a bit noisy room

Good in general, the hotel looks new, only a bad experience with my room where I could hear much noise from the aisle. The breakfast was good but the breakfast room is a bit underdimensioned for such a big hotel. The fitness room was good, it says it is open from 8 AM which might be too late for business trips, but I could go there already at 7.

Great hotel. Nice, clean, and spacious. No AC but wasnt an issue for us in late September. Really cloae to U Bahn which was really convenient. Only issue there is nothing around the hotel besides industrial buildings and brothels, but for me the sacrifice is wor5hh for the spaciousness of the hotel.

The hotel itself was cozy and comfortable, though nothing too remarkable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, but housekeeping left something to be desired. While the room was clean and tidy, getting any extras (like an extra pillow or a fan) took far too long—about two days for a pillow and nearly 13 hours for a fan. Although the hotel description mentions air conditioning, the rooms don’t actually have it. Thankfully, the windows open fully, and with a standing fan in front, we were able to pull in some fresh air to cool down. The surrounding area is mostly quiet and convenient, with a bus stop (I believe bus #194) right outside and the train within walking distance. We were in town of Ocktoberfest. Distance wise from hotel to grounds took about 35 mins of travel time. Do note, though, you’ll pass several brothels on the way to the station, which might not be for everyone. Overall, this hotel is affordable and clean, making it a decent option if you just need a budget-friendly place to sleep. It served its purpose, but don’t expect more than the basics.

It was a good stay but not great. I booked this hotel for a work trip. The location was excellent in terms of connectivity to the venue of the conference and also to the city centre. Just a short walk to the underground station. The room was clean, more spacious than normal single occupancy rooms that I have used. What striked me was they only gave me one sad flat pillow and a small duvet. Good thing I wasn’t that tall. But one flat pillow was a first for me. I have been travelling solo for years now but this was the first time I was given 1 pillow. I did ask on my first night for an additional one and I was told they ran out of pillow so I asked for anything to prop my head more..anything. Somehow an extra pillow was found. I commend any property and one of my criterias in booking stays are their effort on sustainability. And if they don’t have one in place I generally put a do not disturb on my door. I don’t support daily cleaning nor daily change of towels. They have a system in place to put a door hanger/label before 8am if you need a change of towels which I did on my third day. Put it out before 8 but sadly as I came back that night, that has not been actioned. But a lovely gentleman at the front desk that evening has given me a change of towels as well as refill of the shampoo/body wash that I requested in writing that I put on the towels that morning( their toiletry options are amazing. Didn’t dry my hair nor my skin despite the weather during my visit)
