Location and staff are good. No elevator is a problem specially for seniors like us. We suggest having someone to help with the bags.
Clean room, staff were informative and helpful. Beds weren't very comfy and the walls were very thin.. but, it was clean!

Hotel was maintained well enough and clean, but was showing its age and need for revamping. The location is central but the alley it faces and direct surrounding area is rough and transient which makes sense as you are super close to the central train station. Breakfast was $20 Euro each and did not compare to the breakfasts we received elsewhere in Germany that were included in our stay. Overall, Hotel Eder was good and if you need to be in that area then I recommend it.

The hotel was fine, functional and cheap. Location was good about a 7-8 minute walk from the main train station which was nice. Lots of places to eat near by which was great. Breakfast isn’t worth it. Our room was at the very top and was very hot, unlucky on our part. Lots of stairs to go to our room. Our stay was fine nothing exceptional however.
This is a budget hotel, but we had a nice breakfast the following morning and would recommend this place to anyone in need of a short last minute stay.
This location was really good. Easy walk to train station and the old town. Rooms were basic but clean. No elevator so if that is an issue don't stay here.
They're very kind and the hotel is perfect if you want a quite place next the center. Perfect if you're by yourself. I really enjoy my weekend and I sincerely recommend this hotel.
Only stayed one night as i was travelling by train from Amsterdam to Rome. It was very conveniently located. I was able to see a bit of the city, enjoy a bavarian dinner and a beer.
Hotel - clean and well maintain, no elevator
Food - same everyday
Staff - not so helpful
Area - lots of restaurant, walkable, 7 mins walk to Bahnhofplatz (train station/central station)
