I like the location, it’s far from the busy city areas. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. We even have a to go breakfast when we need it. We definitely come back in this location if given the chance to visit München again.

Great Staff !!

Danijela at the front desk was the BEST ! She was excited to greet me and, since my room was already prepared, I could check in early. Since it was my first time in Germany for Ocktoberfest, I was ready to hit the ground running. She pulled out a map, which I kept with me at all times, showing me which bus to take as well as which trains to take both to and from downtown. It worked flawlessly. Although one night I returned late by train (after midnight) and the bus was no longer running. So I had to walk only about a mile back to the hotel.

Poor value for money. No fridge, safe, coffee machine, complimentary water, chocolates, turndown service like other hotels we stayed at in 6 different cities for the same money or less. They charge for umbrella rentals and pop machine is expensive. Breakfast is less than average (canned fruit, orange drink not juice, machine that makes pancakes). Only good things about this hotel are free parking and Mustafa at the front desk. Disappointing for a Holiday Inn.

We were looking for a hotel to accommodate our family of four during our road trip to Croatia, and the Holiday Inn Express was the perfect choice. Ideally located along the highway, it offers easy and secure parking, which was very convenient for our stopover. The hotel provides excellent value for money with comfortable accommodations. The simple yet satisfying breakfast was a great way to start the next leg of our journey. Highly recommended for travelers needing a restful and hassle-free overnight stay.

Exactly what it says on the tin!

Lovely staff both day and night. Clean room with all required. Comfortable beds and nice basic room design. Hotel clean, again with good facilities and breakfast was made to go in cute bags as we had to leave early. Bus stop directly outside taking you to Ismaning station which you can then catch train to the airport. Also bus can take you to another link for the Allianz Arena. None of the attractions/tourist areas are walking distance so be prepared to use public transport or taxi if staying here.

Clean and Friendly

As an American these rooms are small and tight. Really small. They remind me of cabins on cruise ships. It was a squeeze to get 4 people (two adults, two teens) into one room. Aside from that, this is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The dining room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the free parking. The underground lot was nice as it rained quite often while we were there. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience for the price. The room was very nice and clean, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. First, the sink in my room wasn't draining properly from the start. I didn't report it initially, but by the last day, it had completely stopped draining. Additionally, given the hotel's remote location, there was a noticeable lack of information on how to access food options nearby, which made things a bit challenging. Finding a good, clean source of water was also not as obvious as it should have been. The breakfast was okay if you’re content with making sandwiches, but it did feel a bit lacking without items like bacon or sausages, which would have been a nice addition to the eggs, pancakes, and toast provided. Overall, it's not a bad hotel considering the price, but there are a few areas where they could improve to enhance the guest experience.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and had a mixed experience. The room, although good, was quite small. However, the breakfast provided was satisfying and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with the air conditioning. It was not working from the moment I checked in. I notified the staff about this problem the first night and was assured that they would look into it, taking note of my room number. Upon checking out two days later, I mentioned the unresolved AC issue to the same front desk staff member I had spoken to earlier. She responded in an aggressive and rude tone, stating that the AC was not working throughout the entire hotel and there was nothing they could do about it. My intention was not to complain but to inform her that the issue persisted and affected our comfort. What disappointed me the most was her lack of communication and courtesy. If it was a known issue affecting the entire hotel, it would have been helpful to be notified in advance. This would have saved me from trying to figure out what was wrong and prevented the poor night’s sleep we experienced during our stay. Overall, while the room and breakfast were satisfactory, the handling of the AC issue and the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired.
