I like the location, it’s far from the busy city areas. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good. We even have a to go breakfast when we need it. We definitely come back in this location if given the chance to visit München again.

They got plenty of parking for free, and breakfast is normal but good. The only thing is that the rooms are a bit small and carpets/floors are not well cleaned. The staff provides amazing service.

Very cold at rooms

We do frequently stay at this hotel, but first time we experienced so low temperature in room. We have noticed 17°C on arrival and temperature was set on temp regulator to 26°C. Despite that temperature raised only to 18°C after whole night. This is not acceptable that temperature is not adjustable and heating is not working at all at the property. Our friends who accompany us at the trip experienced the same conditions.

Maybe for one night and without family

It’s very average stay facilities. No water bottles in the room, AC not working, lack of house keeping staff, cold breakfast, nothing hot they serve. No facility of lunch or dinner.

Clean and Friendly

As an American these rooms are small and tight. Really small. They remind me of cabins on cruise ships. It was a squeeze to get 4 people (two adults, two teens) into one room. Aside from that, this is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The dining room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the free parking. The underground lot was nice as it rained quite often while we were there. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I have travelled to Munich a few times and I stayed in different hotels. This one was the worst experience ever. Bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while,dust everywhere,big spiders in the bathroom,room’s windows handle broken. No fridge or any drink supplied by the hotel for the price we paid

The staff here, especially one staff person, went above and beyond to help us. He let us know where to find the bus to the train station which goes into town and to our conference. The breakfast was so great and fresh. The coffee machine that makes cappuccino was awesome. The room was a little small and I wish there had been a fridge but it was clean and comfortable and had a kettle and tea/instant coffee. The hotel is out of the way but we were easily able to get around. Note: don’t buy the bus/train pass online after the 10th. You can’t cancel until the 10th of the following month and will be charged twice.

Not ideal for Munich

It was Adele weekend. The hotel were short staffed, so the bar was closed and there was no one to make up a bed for us when we arrived. Nearest bar/restaurant was a twenty minute walk away. One coffee machine was broken so queues at breakfast were massive. Staff were uneducated on how to get to the Adele concert, which was probably the reason why the majority of people were there. Coffee, teas and milk weren’t replenished on a daily basis. Hotel isn’t very well situated to get into Munich. It’s a bus and train ride.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience for the price. The room was very nice and clean, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. First, the sink in my room wasn't draining properly from the start. I didn't report it initially, but by the last day, it had completely stopped draining. Additionally, given the hotel's remote location, there was a noticeable lack of information on how to access food options nearby, which made things a bit challenging. Finding a good, clean source of water was also not as obvious as it should have been. The breakfast was okay if you’re content with making sandwiches, but it did feel a bit lacking without items like bacon or sausages, which would have been a nice addition to the eggs, pancakes, and toast provided. Overall, it's not a bad hotel considering the price, but there are a few areas where they could improve to enhance the guest experience.
