“The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have……

“The place needs a bit of TLC. There was also a used face mask left hanging on the lamp, which wasn’t very nice for us. Good location just needs looking after a bit better”

“很糟糕的體驗，打掃清潔並不確實，不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水，在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗，在WhatsApp上反應後，對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天，我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡，非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機，裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯ 有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。”

“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“這次我們住宿的是兩房一廳的公寓房型，整體空間真的非常舒適，位置也超級方便的，周邊機能對我們來說是非常方便，只是廚房的垃圾每天都會幫忙清理但不知道為何另外兩間浴室的就沒有整理，浴室淋浴空間排水似乎不是很好都會積水所以要洗的小心翼翼，另外有一點讓我們很介意的是，第一時間遇到的女生櫃台很熱心還幫我們查找地圖，但之後換成男生櫃台人員的時候就冷漠許多，這是因為我們發現他對其他西方人的答覆跟服務態度跟對我們的有落差，這讓我們感到有一點被歧視，除此之外飯店的位置及硬體設施是真的都很不錯。”

“員工很友善 房間又大又乾淨 有電梯 對飯店走廊的隔音好 但窗戶的隔音稍差半夜聽到窗戶樓下路人講話聲音 稍微欠佳的是入住的時候 櫃檯沒有人 只留了一張幾分鐘後回來的牌子 本來以為等一下就好但等了很久都沒人回來 如果這樣應該ㄧ開始就要請客人打電話給櫃檯人員 以及房間的門是用類似木框配紙片窗，木框品質不佳一直掉下來 且釘子都外露 有安全疑慮 不過整體來說還是不錯的住宿”
