After multiple phone calls, it was determined that both the backup key that should be in the key box and the office were missing. We waited outside until 3:45am for a locksmith to get to the house and let us in. When we finally got in, we were greeted by a cockroach in the kitchen. Our four young kids didn't get to bed until 4am.
