You will not find a more welcoming, accommodating, or serene location in Oman. The staff is amazing. Freshly cut fruit daily. If you visit the restaurant on grounds, ask the Frenchman to make you a cappuccino, the Reese special.

Great property for a family. We had tons of space in adjoining rooms. Rooftop pool was excellent. Restaurants on site were all very good. Overall a very nice experience and good place to explore Muscat from.

Great stay and wonderful staff

Arrived during a week long holiday period so things were generally very quiet. The staff were simply wonderful and the gymnasium facility very well equipped and maintained. Room was super quiet and very comfortable. We had great tour at short notice arranged through the hotel staff that we appreciated a lot.

Beautiful hotel, need to work on better communication. The room was a 2 bedrooom suite with a jaw dropping view of the mosque. Rajab was amazing at Hamra restaurant.

The place is very clean and quite, the staff is very polite and friendly. The help desk staff communicates quickly to all requests by phone. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, the restaurant has a good view of the city with a good menu

This property was neat and clean and worth the money, but be aware that during the working hours in weekdays you have will have trouble finding a parking spot. If you don’t drive then it’s a perfect place to be.

Nice and big suites, friendly and helpful staff, close to highway and shoppingmalls (even walking distance), enough space in parking garage, good restaurant and very nice gym and rooftop pool. Unfortunately we missed some equipment in the kitchen but after asking, missing things were brought immediately…. I can advice this place

Stay there and you will not be disappointed.

Just perfect: super clean, spacious, friendly service, and inexpensive. Some roads around are unpaved right now due to ongoing constructions, but I am sure it will all be fixed soon. Hamra restaurant was a disappointment: electronic only menu, but wifi was imposible to connect (in the restaurant, wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable). Food was ok, although we were not sure what we ordered until it was served. (Also, a little bit overpriced perhaps.) I would stay there again, no questions asked.

It was a great little hotel in a central location. We really liked it and didn't realise it has a laundry in the room which was handy. Only feedback is the back door is really difficult to open and has a special knack to it. Also the bedside tables were really close to the pillow area on the bed with sharp glass corners, was a bit of a hazard in case of head bumps. Also had a fraudulent message from the hotel via Expedia's messaging system which I guess could happen to any hotel but would've been nice to hear a little more about it when we checked in. Apart from that we would stay here again for a reasonably priced hotel that makes a good base for sightseeing.
