Staff were excellent. Nicole helped us arrange aa all day tour of Ypres area which saved us a lot of travel expense. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Great place to stay!

This is such a lovely hotel, the room was amazing, staff very friendly. Very clean. Great breakfast food choice of fresh hot and cold food. Really nice decor - the terrace by the canal was a nice place to have our complementary drink and nice touches like chocolate when you arrive and biscuits when you leave. We had a great time thank you! Also very convenient for attractions and close to station. Everything was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

We arrived quite late in the evening, but the staff couldn’t have been more polite and understanding. Excellent food and a perfect location to travel around Bruges.
