Room - the bed was comfy and fresh towels were provided every day. You have to pay extra for a balcony (I would definitely recommend this). However, the curtains are not very thick and the outside lights are kept on all night making it very tricky to fall asleep. Also the elevator takes forever to come, there were often long queues for it during peak times (e.g. after breakfast). Food - limited options for special dietaries (e.g. lactose intolerant). Pool - there are two pools with the rooftop one being heated. Towels were provided but you then had to pay €2 if you wanted a fresh one.
