“Great little place between Strasburg and Frankfurt, A/C in this heatwave was a lifesaver. The breakfast was delicious, but somewhat unusual - we had to order in advance everything from individual pieces of cheese and ham to juice and coffee portions. We wanted to ask for two portions of jam (for two people), but were advised to order one and ask for a refill later. We assumed a single portion would be plenty for two, but it was tiny, and my son was uncomfortable asking for an additional serving……

“If you are traveling from Germany to France for a road trip, this hotel can be a good location. But the hotel is very cold, the aircon is centralized control, and the toilet is very cold, which make our stay very uncomfortable.”

“Das Zimmer war groß , ich hatte aber keinen Balkon. Es war schon ein bisschen hellhörig, ich habe gleich mitbekommen, wenn das Nachbarzimmer belegt wurde. Ich war sehr überrascht, dass ein Hotel dieser Kategorie kein Putzservice hat, wenn man weniger als 6 Tage dort verbringt. Das Frühstuck war nicht im Preis inklusiv und kostet 21€. Einmal habe ich dort gefrühstückt, ich fand den Preis zu hoch, so viel kann man nicht für das Geld essen! Das Angebot war trotzdem vielfältig.”

“非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了”

“A fantastic property and I would definitely stay here again. Air conditioning worked during heat wave and beautiful touches in room like the different types of drinking glasses.”

“It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. ”

“The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend the spa, which was very relaxing.”
