We had a wonderful week. The pools were great and the children loved the waterpark. There are 3 different properties and you can use the different pools across all the properties. The buffet food was actually very good and there was good variety. Many options to keep the kids entertained. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach because it has lots of pebbles and my feet hurt when trying to walk on them, even inside the water. However we drove to other amazing beaches on the island so we didn’t case much about the beach at the hotel

My overall impression of that hotel: Never again!
The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost.
Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.

"We love the royal blue. It’s our third visit to this resort and it doesn’t disappoint. This sister hotel next door royal senses is also great and has water slides which is fun for the family. The beach is also really lovely and great for snorkelling and swimming."
