Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

The Patrica Grand Filthy Room

Room 0630 was absolutely horrible. The room is in need of a total makeover!! Everything in the room was old and smelly. I would NEVER RECOMMEND. Hopefully we did not bring back bugs!

Ok for a weekend, maybe needs a little refresh

The deck View was nice and pool DJ fun. Beach area nice. Able to walk to some close restaurants. Nice to have restaurant on site for breakfast/coffees and meal options. On site restaurant service and food were good. Room has a kitchen with stove and full size fridge. Not so good: The room is a little small and they have a weird extra chair taking up needed space. TV did not work and had to be reset with channels. Room not particularly clean, like rings in bath/shower, mold(?) or dirt in corners or bathroom & doors. I am not a clean freak but I brought my own cleaning supplies just in case. Front desk seemed very unorganized. Poor management of check in, No text notification as they stated when room was ready. Not enough elevators or luggage carts and no help from staff. Lots of wasted time with all of that.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

My room was ready even before 4pm, and was clean when I got there. Staff were friendly, and no noisy neighbors or wear smells around!! We really enjoyed this family place, and with our fury baby! Pools were heated with the perfect temperature too!

Great view

Great view, room was a little small for our family needs. Bathroom was horribly laid out and impossible to navigate with kids. But overall, everything was clean and suitable for a short vacation. The restaurant on site at the hotel was horrible. Don’t waste your time there.

Vacation’21 Patrician Grand

Have been staying here off and on for years. Love the dog friendly. The dogs area outside is kept up the same as the lodging. Clean rooms when we arrived and staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back again soon.

Just ok

Hotel was clean, elevators were fast which was great cause it was busy. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool more but it was to cold. There were issues with our toilet. We had to call maintenance cause it was leaking from the tank. They came and fixed it. In order to get it to flush you had to hold the handle down the whole time the water was going out the bowl otherwise it wouldn’t empty and you’d have to wait for the tank to fill back up. It was a pain to deal with. I would stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Great hotel

This was a very nice hotel. We had an amazing time. I do feel like housekeeping could do a better job with cleaning the rooms though. The floor was not swept good and the stove top had old grease all over it just needed a better clean. Although all staff was very nice and helpful and check in was easy. I will definitely come back.

Great vacation!

The room was very tidy and had all we needed. The pool was open until 11PM which was great for me and my daughter, who are night owls. The outdoor pool was heated which kept the indoor pool from being too crowded. (We went in April, so the weather was still a little cool) Checking out was a little difficult due to lack of luggage racks and jammed elevators, but the staff assured me that it was ok that I had to check out a little late. The ocean view was great! I would definitely stay again!
