He estado yendo al área de Myrtle Beach toda mi vida y créanme, esta es la mejor ubicación. Se encuentra entre Myrtle Beach y North Myrtle Beach y realmente tiene una de las playas más bonitas y anchas. Mi unidad es una unidad final y tiene excelentes vistas al mar de arriba abajo de la playa. Cuando estoy en mi balcón, siento que estoy en la playa. Aquí es donde desea pasar el tiempo: el amanecer de la mañana, las vistas de la playa durante el día y las estrellas y la luna por la noche. Vista diferente cada noche. El condominio se actualizó y se agregaron nuevos muebles en 2012. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en la parte delantera del condominio, donde es tranquilo, así que cuando esté listo para dormir, puede hacerlo. Cuando no estoy afuera disfrutando de la playa y la piscina frente al mar, disfruto del gran sofá seccional y la televisión de pantalla grande. Hay una cafetera Keurig en la cocina y un poco de agua embotellada gratuita Le Bleu para preparar el café. Todas las sábanas y algunos productos de papel provistos.

  Este es un condominio de hormigón y acero bien construido que se construyó cuando aún se podía tener un malecón. Por eso está un poco más cerca del agua. La piscina frente al mar siempre está muy limpia y fresca. El condominio estará limpio y bien equipado cuando llegue. El edificio siempre es muy tranquilo y esto permite al huésped tener un buen descanso y relajación. La seguridad está en el sitio por las tardes. Mi condominio está limitado a 6 personas, adultos mayores de 25 años y sus hijos. Obviamente no se puede fumar en el condominio o en el edificio. No se permiten mascotas y él HO no permite motocicletas. Solo solicito que mi invitado honre estos artículos. Si su semana está en la lista,

Perfect location

Our 2nd time renting and our go to for vacationing in North Myrtle beach! The location and views can’t be beat! Place is clean, beds are comfy and the owner is generous with starter supplies (coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc) till you can get to the grocery store. The owner makes it easy to just show up and start relaxing. We are a family of 4 (w/2 high maintenance girls) who love to shop so having the Tanger outlet within a mile was excellent! Looking forward to our next stay!

The property was right on the beach with a lovely, beachside balcony, where we spent much of our time. The unit was clean, kitchen well supplied and beds were super comfortable. The area was quiet and the beach wide and clean. The only clarification I would suggest, under amenities is that a washer and dryer are available for a fee, but are not in the unit itself.

Nice place!

Great location. Pictures are accurate. Host explained things well. Security guard and maintenance personnel on site most of the time. Grounds are clean, and has beautiful flowers well maintained. Pool is adequate but small.

This is a great beach condo. Beautiful views - Very nice accommodations for 5 adults. Would have been nice to have a few beach towels on hand. Good restaurants and markets close driving distance. Definitely recommend this place. 😀

Better than surrounding condos

Unit and property was very clean and in great working order. HOA does a great job of maintaining the overall property. Never had to wait for elevators like so many other condos in Myrtle. Only complaint is the wifi, completely unuseable. Unable to watch anything on streaming services.

Great location

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a family stay. The location cannot be beat - right on the ocean! Close to many restaurants and attractions (5-10min away), but yet located in a very quiete area of N Myrtle Beach.For people coming from Northern states: Aug is HOT, and water is super warm, we had to adjust as it was our first time visiting South in the summer.

Great Week At The Beach

Very nice condo in a good location. Steps to the beach right near a lifeguard station. Only downside is the bathrooms are somewhat dated but it was not an issue for us. Overall the unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good communication with owner and check in/out very easy. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Let me start out by saying WOW!!! The views of the ocean were picture perfect and the beach is just steps away! The location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. Most amazing weekend getaway!

What a great condo and host!

The condo itself was nice and clean, and very well stocked as far as kitchen items and plenty of bath towels. I do wish there was a non-stick skillet, but not a big deal. They had games to play, a radio and a fantastic view of the ocean! Love being in a corner unit! We had access to both pools and neither was ever over-crowded. The restaurant situation is weird, they are all buffets, or you have to have a reservation, if they take reservations. We worked it out though and know for next time :-) The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was super helpful!
