**WEEKLY STAYS ARE DISCOUNTED ** Unbeatable views! 10th floor ocean front condo at Caravelle Resort w/ room to sleep 4. Features a full kitchen. Wake up to the sunrise in your king sized bed or queen sleeper sofa. The balcony has direct ocean views that allow you to watch the surfers, boats & dolphins while sipping your morning coffee. We have indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, baby pool & large kids splash pad. Plenty of restaurants, gift shops and grocery close by. On site laundry available for a fee. Park free
The space
The kitchen spacious and a rare find for an efficiency condo. Full sized appliances, and seating for two at the bar in addition there is also a dining table that will seat up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need to cook a meal.
The living space features a king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa with views of the ocean. There's a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a pack n play in the unit for use.
The balcony is right off the living area with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean!
Guest access
The on-site bar and restaurant and gift shop are available to use (these businessess are privately owned and business hours are subject to change). The on-site bar and restaurant do require a credit card or debit card to be used for purchases. There's also a beach front bar/grill in front of St Clements, which shares a parking lot with Caravelle. It's just to the left when you go outside towards the beach.
We provide a cooler, and with the full sized fridge, you can pack your own beach meals and drinks too!
This resort is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas per HOA guidelines.

The condo was nice and included everything we needed for the week. The partial view from the balcony was a bit of a surprise but we could still see plenty of beach and ocean. For the price it’s hard to beat

Greg was a great host. If we had any questions he was quick to respond. The room was really nice. Greg even provided a beach umbrella, chairs and other beach toys. I would recommend staying here for a vacation or a week end getaway!

Excellent stay in cute place with amazing beach

This was a great stay. A small studio apartment with everything one needs and a king size bed. We cocked most of our meals and everything was there for that. Lots of beach stuff in the apartment. The pools looked like fun. The beach is great. The laundry room downstairs is available and ok (a small load is 2 and the dryer 2 as well). I would certainly stay here again.

Great stay, host was informative, helpful, and easy to work with. The condo was great. No complaints about the hosts condo. The Caravelle resort isn’t as nice as I thought it’d be but that is in the resort not the host. Would like to see the resort clean things up a bit. Elevators not working. Trash around. Smelled like weed everywhere. But like I said that isn’t on the host, everything that pertained to the host was top notch and I’d gladly go again.

A Perfect Spot

Our stay at this venue met all of our needs. It was clean and cozy. The amenities offered items for beach and pool use. Check in was very quick, and we liked the keypad use. The resort pool was very nice and security enforced folks to follow rules, which was good to see. A nice place to stay!

This was a great condo for our family. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Went over and above to make sure we had everything we need. Even had the cleaning lady bring an additional parking pass for us. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful condo

This unit was just what we needed. Right on the beach. Faces the ocean. Nicely appointed and updated condo in an older building. Easy to get anywhere in a matter of minutes in MB.

Dance comp vacation

Our room was ready for check in early! We stayed 4th of July week! Having a balcony that over looked the beach was great for watching fireworks! Communication with Greg was great. We had guest recommendations in our room from previous guests. Overall we had a great time! And the kids enjoyed the pool area!

Great couples vacation getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great 10th floor ocean view and those Atlantic sunrises were spectacular. The condo's decor is absolutely charming, and the unit was very clean. It was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals and keep our water and soda nice and cold! Hosts were very easy to work with. We hated to leave because we found it so relaxing. Highly recommend this condo!
