This condo has its own private balcony, and past guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets! Recent updates include new carpeting, new furniture, new kitchen cabinets, beautiful tile backsplash, fresh paint, and stylish decor!

As of Spring 2020, this unit has been completely updated, featuring new laminate flooring, new platform storage beds, new blackout curtains, custom-built surfboard dining table and stools, beautiful wainscot wall paneling, beachy decor, and SO much more. The lanterns above the bed actually light up and is a perfect night light! Guests will also enjoy a twin-sized trundle bed, which is ideal for a 5th guest. In addition to the gorgeous living space, guests will also have access to a full bathroom with vanity, oversized mirror, towels, and starter toiletries. Our guests also enjoy having access to a mini kitchen within the apartment. The kitchen features a full-size fridge, cooktop, granite surfaces, microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you will need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
