Annual Trip

We stay at the Mar Vista every Memorial Day, so we have stayed in many owners' condos. This is definitely one of the nicest ones we've stayed in.

Awesome place!

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for all of us and the view was spectacular! The condo was beautifully decorated and we hope to return! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful views…lovely condo

The condo was beautiful ….spacious , nicely decorated, and equipped with everything that you could need. The view was gorgeous! Enjoyed the large balcony! Love Mar Vista Grande for all of the amenities, especially the lazy river .

One of the best

We have stayed at Mar Vista a few times and it is always fantastic. This year was no different, the property was even nicer than the listing, and the management was easy to converse with via text messaging.

Everything at your fingertips

Beautiful condo & owner is awesome at communicating with renters pre/during/post trip. We love the ease of the 5th floor! This was our 2nd year in a row and we look forward to many more.

60th Birthday at the Beach

Condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and maintained in like new condition. The kitchen was also well equipped for any in home dining options! We have visited North Myrtle beach many times and this was the nicest condo we have rented. Thanks Chad!

Beautiful condo, you will not be disappointed!!

This is such a beautiful condo!! The decor and unit holds very true to the pictures. It is extremely clean and well stocked. It's just the right mix of luxury and feeling right at home. Chad is incredibly responsive, and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. We absolutely loved our Christmas stay here at the Mar Vista, and have already booked again for 2019!!

Perfect stay!

This was the second year in this apartment for all November. Like last year, everything was perfect. It’s well maintained, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We come back next year for all November. Chad always answer immediately if we have any question to him. A perfect place.

Great oceanfront property

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful direct-oceanfront condo. The unit is well-maintained and appointed with luxurious furnishings. The building has convenient access to all-things Myrtle Beach related--2 piers within 20 minutes of a drive, shopping, theaters, and restaurants. Ocean Drive is about 1/2 mile away with many restaurants and also has a pavilion with carnival rides. Easy access to the beach and umbrella and chair rentals available daily through the City of North Myrtle Beach. Great vacation rental!

We had an awesome time! The condo is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities!

The condo is first class with decor and amenities. The owner, Chad was very easy to deal with & provided excellent customer service with emails & texts prior to stay, during and after leaving the condo. It was great to park on P4 level & simply walk up one flight of stairs to condo. No line at the elevator when arriving or departing condo because of the awesome location on the 5th floor. We will be back for sure to make more wonderful family memories.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was decorated great and all the rooms were like from out of a magazine. The balcony was roomy with a view to die for that overlooked the pool and lazy river. In the morning, 2 separate days, we stood on the balcony and watched Dolphins play in the ocean. Easy access to the beach and the condo. At times, felt like we were the only people in the whole place. Several times had the pools all to ourselves. Love, love, loved it! Can't thank the Hollands enough for sharing their place with us.

Awesome condo in North Myrtle Beach

If you are looking for a modern upscale beachside condo in North Myrtle Beach, this is it. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It's the details that set this condo apart from the rest: the quality of the dishware and glassware, the convenience of the hotel style keys, the magnificence of the gigantic flat screen tv's (yes I am a guy), the perfect location close to parking and the beach. But as great as this condo and building is, it was surpassed by the customer service provided by the owner Chad. Chad called us prior to our stay to make sure we knew where we were going and was very responsive while we were there. We had a great week and look forward to returning again.

Enjoyable Vacation

Condo was well appointed but was missing an iron board. Reached out to the property manager and one was supplied the next day. The ocean view and property amenities were awesome. Our only complaint would be that the condo had a “smart” thermostat that was obviously controlled via an app by either the owners or the management company. We we’re limited to the temperatures we could set it at. For the price paid to stay at this condo, we should have been able to set the thermostat at our desired temperature.

Nicest unit we've experienced at MVG

Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay! We rent at MVG annually and have tried several condos, and this is definitely the unit we would want to return to! It's spacious, beautifully updated with tasteful neutral decor, comfortable and clean bedding and pillows, great outdoor furniture, the property management team is highly responsive, and it's well-appointed with kitchen amenities. We unfortunately had rotten weather the entire time but thankfully there is plenty to do in the building with the games provided in the condo, awesome balcony, gym, indoor pool/hot tub and bar area. It's a quick walk to Main Street for restaurants, shops and night life. Travelers will want to bring a few items like laundry pods, beach towels (chairs can be rented on the beach), and your own toiletries, but otherwise this spot has everything you need to hit your vacation running. Thanks again, and we will probably see ya next year! :)

In Spite of the Storm

This is a first class condo. We have stayed for years at NB Plantation and thought it was the best in MB until we discovered 507 Mar Vista Grande. We were there the week storm Matthew began to blow toward the coast. We had planned to be there for 4 nights which was cut short a day because of evacuation, but the days we were there it was absolutely beautiful. The owner Chad was incredibly helpful from beginning to end of our stay. He was always available through a call or text. He even determined the first evacuation call was cancelled which allowed us to continue our stay to celebrate my moms 81 BD in style and also probably prevented us from traveling in back to back traffic? This condo has everything you could ask for. It looks like something out of a magazine and you can tell it was recently remodeled. The furniture and layout is perfect for a small family. There were only 4 of us, but there is room for at least 6 or more. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths all including a deep soak tub/ master with both tub and shower not to mention a killer ocean view from all Master living spaces. The photos and description are good, but the actual condo is spectacular. Everything was clean and well cared for. I would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. It is very convenient to shows, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores etc. It had everything we were looking for and more. We hope to return as soon as our schedules allow. If your looking for the perfect condo in Myrtle Beach that has luxury, is loaded with amenities including a spa and fitness center, lazy pool, indoor and outdoor pools and more but is not in a super crowded high rise, you just found it. Book it today. You won't be sorry.
