Room was ready before check-in, quite the pleasant surprise. Staff went above and beyond with being available and setting up breakfast. Handy storage room for ski gear and hot wax available for snowboard/ skis at a reasonable price. My board looks great! It has a big common area great for meeting people, having a BEvERage, a good kitchen and the owners/ staff are very kind and accommodating. They are doing some renos with respect to the shower and toilet areas which is warranted. My room was clean, but could use a bit of a spruce up (i.e. only one receptacle plug worked, no towel rack in the bathroom), but that is minor. Hannah, Freya, Jack, Calle and Ture made the stay very welcoming. While work was being done to the place during my stay I was never bothered by it. It felt very homely and comfortable and the team always checked in to make sure everything was going well. The room was clean and had everything I needed; even a nice toiletry kit as I had forgot some toothpaste. Powder Temple made it seem like you were staying in a cabin with friends. East access to the slopes as there is a station to take a bus straight to 47 and Goryu which is very convenient. Affordable accomodation that is walkable to popular areas of Hakuba and also has bus stations to town and ski resorts out the front. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with check in/out, tips and tricks about the area and just up for a chat. The accommodation is currently still in maintenance in some areas of the building but still a great place to stay to experience all the Hakuba has to offer. The staff and owner were super accomodating, couldnt have been nicer. Its super nice and comfy inside, with good facilities for drying gear and storing boards. The location being right next to the bus stop makes it one of the best locations in Hakuba. Avoid This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Japan and a very disappointing stay. First, it looks nothing like the photos. It is undergoing a renovation that is half done and seems abandoned. Hazardous chemicals are stored in the hallways. (I have photos where a large container clearly marked as hazardous and flammable is being stored in the hallway). The high staircase out front has no guard rail and is unsafe. Parts of the floors are stripped and not finished. The interior staircase is stripped and unfinished. On top of that the hotel was not very clean. The bathrooms were not up to Japan standards. The ski storage room has trash about the floor. There was no soap in the bathroom and we had to request it. The staff was the only bright spot as they were kind and helpful. Good location and reasonable value. But the current condition of the hotel is nothing like the photos. We were completely surprised to find the renovations currently underway in the hotel. Then the associated inconveniences like issues with heating, plumbing, electricity and the flooring. Both my friends slipped / cut their foot on the stairs that are currently unfinished. Thier contintental breakfast was above and beyond and i dont know how i am going to go back to reality without my daily crossiant. The beds were super comfy and had a bar that we could access whenever we wanted. The Valley snow buses stop right out the front so we didnt have to walk too far in our snowboarding gear. Jake, the owner, was super helpful and friendly. The room I was in was rustic but the price is right and I am not complaining. Although we were a little way from this, we were very happy with this location. The bus to the slopes in right outside, the stop is at this hotel, so fantastic, accommodation was good, we are a family of 4 and stayed in the apartment. Coming from Sydney we were slightly cold at first but the manager provided us with extra heating, so nil issues. Breakfast was basic, but enough and they made an effort most days with a little extra something ie pancake. There is dinner at the lodge for else there are places to eat that are close by. I would recommend this lodge to anyone and I would stay again. There is a 7/11 close by too ##### Stephen 2019 年 1 月入住 6 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### kara 2019 年 1 月 14 日 满意：清洁度、员工和服务、住宿条件和设施、客房舒适度 #### Great Stay Powder temple was the perfect vibe , location was awesome with bus stop right out the front, however was a 10-15min walk to get to bars etc. Service was awesome and overall a great place to stay Only negative was that breakfast was pretty average just bread and condiments or cereal and yogurt, don't expect a hot breakky. ##### kara 2019 年 1 月入住 6 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### 真实旅客 2019 年 1 月 13 日 满意：客房舒适度 #### 割り切れる人でないと厳しいかも… はっきり言って、好みで別れると思います。 宿のスタッフは皆外国人で、当然のごとく英語でしか話しかけてきません。他の客もみんな外国人です。外国人のための宿という感じです。 設備の快適さはあまり期待できません。シャワーしかないため、私は風呂は近くの温泉を利用していました。食事も外国的な質素なもので、日本の宿に慣れた人が満足できるようなものではありません。他で食べることになるでしょう。部屋ですが、私は男性１人での宿泊で、他の客との5名共同部屋でした。 利点はやはり安さでしょうか。長期滞在者には大変助かります。私の下のベッドを利用していたのは、台湾から来た男性で8日間の滞在者でした。 あまり快適ではない施設でも、食事が質素でも、周りがみんな外国人でもよければ 私は利用価値が高い宿だと思います。 スタッフもアットホームで、客に対しても、「お客様」扱いはしません。 「日本の宿」を求める人には厳しいかも… ちなみに私はこれからも利用したいと思っています。 ##### 真实旅客 2019 年 1 月入住 2 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### 真实旅客 2019 年 1 月 10 日 满意：清洁度、员工和服务、客房舒适度 オージー御用達の宿。 ドミトリータイプのスキーヤーズベットの部屋を利用。(相部屋という事です) 2700円/泊でセルフのコンチネンタルながら朝食がつくので助かる。セブンイレブンが250mのところにあるので、卵やチキン、サラダ等を加えれば充分。 各スキー場への有料無料のシャトルバスのバス停が目の前で便利。 スタッフは若いオージー(イギリスの人も1人いた)が中心で感じがいい。 灯油ヒーターの残油量は毎朝自分でチェック要。スタッフに言えばすぐ入れてくれる。乾燥室のも同様。 シャワーは熱い湯がたっぷり出る。風呂はあるが、タイルが剥がれていて使ってみる気にはなれなかった。シャトルバスはナイト便もあるので、温泉に行けば問題なし。 ウォシュレットや便座ウォーマーは無し。 リビングは暖かく居心地がいい。 宅急便は宿には送れたが、発送の取り扱いは無し。自分で呼ぶか、セブンイレブンに持っていく必要。 ランドリーサービスは一回1000円。使わなかったけど。洗濯機は無し。 自分にとっては全然ありの宿。年始でどこもいっぱいだったとこと、たまたま空いていたので一も二もなくとった宿だったが、思いのほか使える宿だと思った。空いてれば再利用あり。 ##### 真实旅客 2019 年 1 月入住 3 晚
