Welcome and thank you for choosing our property. We aim to provide a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors. By booking this property, guests agree to the following house rules:
1. Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is provided by the host.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Unauthorized guests or events may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Please be respectful of neighbors and other residents by keeping noise, music, and conversations at a reasonable level during all hours.
Parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
3. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property, including:
cigarettes cigars vaping shisha/hookah marijuana or illegal substances
Smoking outside is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (e.g. balcony with patio doors closed behind you, outside the building), if applicable, and all waste must be disposed of properly.
Violation may result in additional cleaning or odor-removal charges.
4. No Illegal Activity
Illegal drugs, prostitution, weapons, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on the property.
Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay and possible involvement of local authorities.
5. Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval and a pet fee.
Guests bringing approved pets must:
clean up after pets prevent excessive barking/noise keep pets off furniture where possible
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.
6. Respect the Property
Please treat the home with care and respect.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during their stay.
Please report any maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them quickly.
7. Plumbing & Toilets
To help prevent expensive plumbing issues, please do NOT flush:
wipes (including “flushable” wipes) paper towels feminine hygiene products diapers makeup wipes excessive grease or food waste
Only toilet paper should be flushed.
Guests may be charged for plumbing service calls resulting from improper use.
8. Kitchen Use
Please clean dishes after use and avoid leaving food out that may attract pests.
Do not place hot pans directly on countertops or damage non-stick cookware.
9. Security & Safety
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized persons.
Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings. Host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
10. Building & Community Rules
Guests must comply with all applicable building, HOA, apartment, or community rules, including:
Fines imposed by the building or HOA due to guest violations will be charged to the guest.
11. Pool & Amenities (if applicable)
Use of pools, gyms, balconies, and other amenities is at guests’ own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No glass containers are permitted near pools.
Guests must follow posted building or property amenity rules.
12. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 11 am
Late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
Unauthorized late departures may incur additional charges.
13. Commercial Filming / Events
Commercial photography, filming, parties, or events are not allowed without prior written approval.
14. Maintenance Access
Host or authorized maintenance personnel may require access to the property for emergency repairs, inspections, or maintenance. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
15. Violation of House Rules
Violation of these house rules may result in:
additional fees cancellation of reservation without refund removal from the property claims for damages through the booking platform
