"Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. "It was a terrible stay and I do not recommend anyone staying here. They are crooks and liars. We booked in November and our room wasn’t ready. There was a supposed mistake. Then the wanted to upgrade us and charge us for their mistake. I had to argue with them about it being their mistake we shouldn’t have to pay more. They put us in a lower priced room that we paid for and we left after the first night. Then they asked for more money claiming the room wasn’t paid for. They are crooks and liars....
