Our first time at Thanda and we loved it . The staff were all wonderful and could not do enough to help. Zeepo and Zee were the best guide and tracker we have ever had on safari . The spa treatments were great and the food , while not fine dining, was really tasty . Really lovely atmosphere and vibe around the place and supportive of the local Zulu communities . We wanted to go back in October but it seems to be fully booked for our dates 😢

We were delighted by our stay at Sungulwane. The property is beautiful. The chef is phenomenal. Our guide in game drives, Daniel, was extremely passionate and knowledgeable, and a wonderful story teller. We saw all but the loeopard of the big 5, but we also saw a cheetah and had a great lion sighting.

Amazing holiday!

"We stayed here for 2 nights in July and absolutely loved every minute of it. We stayed at the presidential suite, which has a jacuzzi on the deck and indoor and outdoor shower plus indoor bathtub (relaxation to the max). What really makes this place so wonderful is the service and attention to detail. ..."
