"This property was extremely clean and the host was amazing at communicating and greeting us upon arrival. The location is perfect; walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The roof top deck was great for morning coffee with a view. We absolutely loved our stay here and wished it had been longer. We highly recommend this apartment hotel."

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms. while a little small, were clean and comfortable. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a great convenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.

We stayed at a "sister" hotel in Osaka and found this one to be either newer or better maintained than the one in Osaka. I found this property very attractive in its natural, zen style architecture and furnishings. The Japanese "onsen" (hot springs bath) was in a natural setting surrounded by trees and rocks and offered a view of the stars while soaking in the hot springs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and felt very safe. I would strongly recommend this...

Great location within 3 or 4-minute walk to Omicho Market, the bus station, and a big FamilyMart. Bathroom was excellent overall. Loved the shower and toilet. No lock on the bathroom door though so keep that in mind when traveling with people. There was also a foot massager in the room, which was a pleasant surprise for those tired feet.

The room was immaculate. It has everything I need. Laundry is at the 2nd floor which washers that can be paid by coin or through the app. Soap was free. This area is centralized so it is easy to walk around (15 minutes) to samurai district or kenrokuen garden. Bus stop and train station is also walking distance. There are izakayas near the hotel that was also walking distance. Kudos to the staff Tomatsu and the guy I believe his name is Khadil. They were very helpful and kind with me, I will...
